Giving back is at the core of All Asian values. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been part of who we are as a company. Every year, employees are encouraged to create programs and reach out to different marginalized communities while assessing the needs of young children and their respective families. Employees’ contributions have continuously made an impact on the educational, nutritional, and emotional needs of the families in these areas:
The Covid-19 pandemic allows All Asian employees to show their love, care and genuine “malasakit” for the company, for each other and most especially for those who are less fortunate. Employees give a part of themselves by participating in voluntary work rotations, salary deductions, and even cash donations. The company created the “Bayanihan Fund” which sustains warehousemen, cleaners, messengers and drivers who are severely impacted by the pandemic. It has always been the company’s pride to have compassionate employees who are always willing to share and reach out to those who are in most need.
