A palm oil-based product that goes through the process of hydrogenation process which saturates the fatty acids through the addition of hydrogen. Hydrogenation alters the molecular structure of fatty acids such that trans fats may be formed and results in the fat assuming a semi-solid state. It is typically made of 80 percent vegetable oil and water and flavored to taste like butter. It is used in cooking and baking needs. It is packed in a 15kg carton box.
